YRSTF takes place at York University’s Main Campus: 4700 Keele Street, Toronto, Ontario, M3J 1P3
- Friday Night, 4.00pm to 8pm (Vari Hall, York University Keele Campus)
- 4-6pm: Student Project Drop-Off and Safety Check
- 6-8pm: Family Pizza Movie Night (RSVP Mandatory)
- Please park at the Students Services Garage located at 84 James Gillies Street, off York Blvd (see map below). Please use the code you were provided to cover your cost of parking in the HONK app to avoid a parking ticket. All students will receive an email in order to request parking codes. Please complete this form by Wednesday, April 2 at midnight.
- From the Student Services Garage, walk north on Ian MacDonald Blvd and turn left (heading west) onto York Blvd. Continue straight, beyond the large pond, until Vari Hall.
- Saturday During the Day, 8:00am to 3.30pm (Vari Hall, York University Keele Campus)
- Student Project Drop-Off at Vari Hall (see directions above)
- Saturday Late Afternoon, 3.30pm to 6.30pm(Vari Hall [Viewing], Lassonde Room A [Awards Ceremony]; York University Keele Campus)
- 3:30-4:30pm: Community and Families welcome to Join our Community Showcase in Vari Hall (see directions above)
- 4:30-6:30pm: Families are warmly welcomed to join the Awards Ceremony in Lassonde A (see map below). YRSTF scientists and families at the Public Viewing will be guided from Vari Hall to Lassonde Room A in the Lassonde Building. Walk through Vari Hall (opposite direction of the front entrance) towards Ross Building, then turn right down the long hallway in Ross towards the exit. Lassonde Building will be across from you, slightly to the left.
